Producing The Best Policy, Research & Publications To Assist Our Advocacy Goals
A strong, dynamic and competitive private sector is essential to achieve the economic prosperity

ACCI is committed to producing the best policy and research to inform and influence the national
public policy debate, policy makers and the community.
Publication and distribution of high quality research and reports is central to our advocacy.The
are produced by the ACCI's Secretariat and distributed to our National Member Network and
audiences in government, business and the media at home and abroad.
As the nation's largest and most representative business organisation, ACCI's research is often
conducted in collaboration with our National Member Network. Some information is provided to
our members in the first instance and some are specifically for their information only. However,
most are accessible to the public online or by contacting ACCI.
ACCI commissions a comprehensive suite of economic surveys that provide an authentic and
authoritative snapshot of the current state of the Australian economy. Our surveys include:
Commerce & Industry magazine is the national magazine of Australian business organisations.
Published quarterly, Commerce & Industry magazine is a contemporary synergy of the latest high level
policy analysis and advocacy on public policy issues affecting Australian business.
Produced for Australian business by Australian business, Commerce & Industry deals with the issues
and concerns of our National Member Network and it's contributors include the best and the brightest
from Australia's peak state and territory Chambers of Commerce and National Industry Associations.
Submissions
As the national voice of Australian business, ACCI regularly makes submissions to the Australian
Government and Parliamentary Committees on issues that affect businesses of all sizes and in all
industry sectors.
ACCI regularly releases Issues Papers, Reports and issue focussed research to enhance understanding
of the need for particular reforms or actions.
ACCI's Annual Business Review summarises ACCI's policy work and achievements in response to those
public policy issues and directions which impacted on business in the preceding twelve months.
