Each quarter we conduct the AusChamber-Westpac Survey of Industrial Trends. This authoritative survey provides quantitative insight into the experiences, attitudes and concerns of Australian businesses. We previously conducted the Business Expectations Survey and the Small Business Survey.
AusChamber-Westpac Survey of Industrial Trends
The AusChamber-Westpac Survey of Industrial Trends has been conducted for nearly 50 years. It provides a timely update on the manufacturing sector and insights into economy-wide trends. In 2017 the quarterly results will be released on March 16, June 15, September 14 and December 14.
Business Expectations Survey
The Business Expectations Survey is a comprehensive national quarterly survey of business expectations. The survey provides a snapshot of the experiences of more than 2,500 businesses across all major sectors and all mainland states, and gives an insight into their expectations for the following quarter. The survey is currently suspended.
Small Business Survey
The Small Business Survey is a quarterly national barometer of business conditions in firms that employ fewer than 20 people. Since the 1990s the Small Business Survey has provided economic insights into small businesses' views on sales revenue, profit, employment, wage costs and investment. The survey is currently suspended.
