The Australian Chamber and our National Member Network are the foundation members of AMCL. As the national and international voice of Australian business, the Australian Chamber continues to strongly support the campaign and the logo.
Employ Outside the Box is a series of publications to encourage businesses to diversify their workforce. By providing a clear business case and a systematic approach to internal procedures, the guides help businesses to hire people with disability, mature-age workers, Indigenous Australians and other categories of people with skills to offer.
Often when we talk about youth transitions it is focused on school to work, but there is a broader imperative to ensure that whether young people are at school or are graduating from other educational institutions, it is important that we focus on ensuring young people are able to obtain a job and commence successfully their future career.
The Australian Chamber is part of a long-standing collaboration with beyondblue, is a founding member of the Mentally Healthy Workplace Alliance and is a supporter of Heads Up, which provides tools and information on a business perspective on mental health issues.
